It sucks that music these days can’t par up to the music of our parents’ generation..

I’m not sure if I typed up an entry about this topic already, but think about it. The music of our generation sucks hard! I’m fed up with most of the bullcrap mainstream we have today. That’s why when you’re in my car, you will ALWAYS hear K Earth 101. Mind me, but I expect you to put up with it as a passenger, haha! Don’t get me wrong though. I like almost everything mainstream and underground, but when I hear all the good ol’ classics, I just don’t bother listening to anything else anymore until I’m in the mood again. Sorry, but what all you guys listen to nowadays doesn’t have SHIT compared to what you guys call “oldies.” I’m pretty dissapointed in a lot of your guys’ music libraries. You guys have great stuff, but you guys always seem to be missing a lot of the good stuff from our parents’ and grandparents’ time. Call me a weirdo, but oldies > the music of today.

I just got this box set today, speaking of which :D

RIP broseph

p.s. just from the top of my head right now, here’s a quick list of artists you guys should have: Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson, Al Green, Marvin Gaye,  Diana Ross, The Supremes, The Temptations, The Stylistics, The Beegees, Fleetwood Mac, Earth Wind and Fire, Barry White, Elton John, and the Beatles.
