I ran another mile this morning! Cardio work out ftw.
Also, don’t forget a good, healthy diet. As for me though, I’m just gonna cut back on saturated fat. I’ll be lenient with everything else for now. Speaking of which, the other day I found out that the meat in coconuts are pure saturated fat. In a cup of coconut meat, it’s about 27 grams of saturated fat, a dissapointing 119% of our daily recommended intake of sat. fats. So yeah, FML, did you catch the pic of me down there holding up the coconut? :( Anywho, it makes you wonder what else fruits have fat like that. It’s rediculous because we like to think fruits don’t have fat, but look at coconuts! Man I feel betrayed now. I’m happy with the whole running program thing I’m getting back into again though. Seriously, I remember feeling not as guilty about the stuff I ate when I used to run. On top of that, the running itself makes me take my mind off of stuff I shouldn’t be thinking so much about. Shoot, now that I’m thinking about it, maybe if I work out more… I’ll be a happier person! Anybody want a running buddy? I’m up for it. Yay! I love blogging. :0]
